Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and the rights you have.

Who we are

Limerick SEO Agency ("we", "us") operates this website and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about it at any time using the contact form on this site.

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you send us an enquiry through the contact form. That is:

  • your name and business name
  • your email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number
  • the service you are interested in
  • the message you write

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use this information to read and reply to your enquiry, and to discuss working together if you ask us to. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. You also confirm you have read this policy by ticking the consent box on the form.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to, and we do not sell personal data.

Who receives your data

Your enquiry is sent to us by email from this website. This website does not keep a separate database of form submissions. We may use ordinary business tools, such as our email provider, to receive and store the message once it reaches us. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for sensible business record keeping. If you ask us to delete your enquiry we will do so unless we have to keep it by law.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some of the service providers we use may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as approved standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct anything that is wrong
  • ask us to delete your data, or restrict or object to how we use it
  • ask for your data in a portable format where that applies
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

Complaints

Please contact us first so we can try to put things right. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at www.dataprotection.ie.

Cookies
